Today we sailed on the Sognefjord. This is Norway’s longest fjord and has cliffs thousands of meters high and a water depth of more than a mile. The water is so clear it reflects the cliffs and waterfalls around it. It is easy to believe that surely here are the gates to Asgard.
We are in Flåm Norway which lies at the end of one of the tributaries of this 120 plus mile Fjord.
