April 8, 2018 - Took a motorbike ride to explore the area. Google maps does not work well here so all we had was a paper map. We promptly got lost but were so distracted by the countryside it did not matter.
We took a wrong turn at the road side stands where they were selling full size dead goats to passing cars. (Not making that up). Next time you pass a stand selling sweet corn, think of what your alternatives could be.
We passed bus loads of Chinese tourists. Once again, a group of Chinese ladies insisted on having a picture taken with Colleen. (True story). I am never going to hear the end of this from her. A Chinese man tried to strike up a conversation with me but gave up when we just couldn’t understand each other.
I think he wanted to buy Colleen.
