March 12, 2018 - ok mystery solved. The picture below is the pond outside our bungalow. Pretty right?
For the last three nights there has been an intermittent roar of noise that so so loud that it has been difficult to sleep. First we were told it was performance enhanced cicadas then lizards (which set off a whole new round of scary thoughts)
It’s frogs. Lots of them. The “Banded Thai Bullfrog”
